It’s election time, and we need YOU!
The open positions are:
- President
- Vice President
- Events Coordinator
- Curriculum Committee Representative
- Graduate Student Association Representative
- Alumni Network Representative
Here’s our pitch: Joining LISSA as an e-board member is a fun & easy way to get involved, meet other LIS students, and make a difference on campus. We go on trips, share our experiences in the program, network with alumni and professionals, and eat a lot of pizza.
Just so you know: Some of the open positions require no more than an hour or two of your time per month, but all are critical to LISSA being the voice of MI students. We want to hear what you have to say!
Election process: If more than one person expresses interest in a position, we will hold an online election.
Our April 26th meeting is in Room 323 of SC&I, from 5:50-6:20pm. Information about joining us online is forthcoming.
